My elderly parents were treated with the utmost kindness and respect by the hotel staff, exceeding my high expectations for their care. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were well-stocked and convenient, providing a warm and welcoming touch. the inclusion of a washing machine and dryer in the room was a pleasant surprise, making our stay even more comfortable and convenient. the flat-screen TV offered a wide range of channels, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Ripon. The convenient location of the hotel near a variety of restaurants, such as Moti Raj Indian Cuisine and Oliver's Pantry, made dining out easy and enjoyable. the proximity to Costa Coffee was a bonus for a morning pick-me-up. Overall, my experience at the hotel far exceeded my expectations, thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful amenities provided.
